We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but we know that things can sometimes go awry. If you’re not entirely satisfied, please contact us at hello@gingernuity.farm within 7 days of receiving your order so we can agree upon the best resolution.

Any damage to your shipment or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
